WE SAIL SAN BLAS LLC operates an online platform that facilitates connections between boat owners offering charter trips and guests seeking to book such charters, which can be accessed at wesailsanblas.com. It's important to note that the boats listed on wesailsanblas.com are not owned by WE SAIL SAN BLAS LLC. Instead, we act as an intermediary and arrange yacht charters on behalf of the boat owners.
When you make a deposit, you are acknowledging and accepting the terms and conditions outlined below, which constitute the agreement between you and us. Your confirmation email will contain the details of your yacht charter, and any significant changes in pricing or arrangements will be communicated to you before your travel.
By booking, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and agree to the booking conditions on behalf of your entire yacht charter party. Please carefully review the details in your confirmation email and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
It's important to understand that WE SAIL SAN BLAS LLC does not take responsibility for the actions or omissions of the crew aboard the yacht you've booked. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any incidents that occur on board or outside the vessel, including during transfers to or from the vessel. If there are any issues related to the crew or incidents during your charter, we act solely as a sales intermediary.
Charter Inclusions:

All meals taken aboard, which typically include fresh catch, meats, fruits, and vegetables. For longer charters, one meal may be excluded, and guests are responsible for this expense on shore.

A selection of drinks, with details provided on each boat's profile. If you have specific beverage preferences, please inform us in advance.

Fuel, gasoline, and water tank supply.

Dinghy with its outboard engine.

Kayak, stand up paddle boards on some boats (please verify on the boat's profile).

Snorkeling gear and fishing rods (although it's advisable to bring your own gear if possible).

Sheets and shower towels.

General cleaning of the boat after the charter.

Personal travel insurance and third-party liability insurance.

Expenses incurred while off the boat, such as airfare, local taxes, excursions, meals at local restaurants, etc.
Payment Policy:

Deposit: A down payment of 20% is required within 7 days of making your reservation to confirm your booking.

Final Payment: If paying by wire transfer, the final payment must be made no later than 14 days before the charter start date.
Payment Methods:

Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card (via Stripe with a 5% fee), and cash on board.

When paying by bank transfer, you will receive account information that accepts USD and Euro transfers. We do not charge additional fees for this method, but any bank transaction fees are the sender's responsibility.
Rates:

Rates are subject to change until full payment is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or omissions. It's recommended to book and pay in full as soon as possible to secure availability and pricing.
Travel Documentation:

Passports, visas, and health: You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary documentation, including valid passports and visas. Consult the appropriate consulate for your destination. Travelers must have valid passports for international travel, often with at least 6 months of validity beyond the stay. Visas and entry permits are the responsibility and cost of the charterer. Health inquiries should be directed to your Travelers Medical/Vaccination Centre or doctor. Check travel advisory information for your destinations.
Cancellation or Variation of the Yacht Charter by the Yacht Charterer:

If you wish to cancel, notify us immediately via email to info@wesailsanblas.com. Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of cancellation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Refunds are based on the time of cancellation, with varying percentages of the charter deposit refunded.

100% refund 90 to 60 days, 50% refund 60 to 30 days, 25% refund 30 to 15 days, no refund less than 15 days to the first day of charter.
Cancellation or Variation of the Yacht Charter by WE SAIL SAN BLAS:

We strive to provide the contracted facilities but may need to make significant changes. We reserve the right to change the chartered yacht to a similar or higher standard if necessary.
Force Majeure:

We do not compensate for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as war, riot, natural disasters, etc.
Legal Obligations:

Adhere to destination laws.

Maintain comprehensive travel insurance for all members of your party.
Yacht Charter Complaint Procedure:

Report any issues promptly to us or the captain for resolution.
